Shipping policy

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 24-48 hours between Monday to Friday. Tracking numbers will be provided. Please note that we don’t work on national holidays however we will take action to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

Delivery within Australia should take 2-7 business days. If it is delayed, please contact us at support@silkre.com.au and we’ll investigate the issue for you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Silkre is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmation of delivery to the shipping address provided for the order. If you have provided an incorrect address and we haven’t shipped your order yet contact us at support@silkre.com.au.

Silkre is not responsible for orders lost or delivered to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalising your order. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided.
